Collingwood resident in ‘absolute shock’ over sobering up facility

The sobering up facility set to open in Collingwood later this year has left residents feeling blindsided.
Sheree Harold who lives across from the facility says she is in “absolute shock” about the decision.
“There’s been no communication with us whatsoever” she told Neil Mitchell this morning.
