Jetstar CEO defends the airline’s reputation, implores public to ‘give Jetstar a go’
Jetstar CEO Stephanie Tully has implored travellers to “give Jetstar a go” whilst apologising to everyone they’ve let down over the airline’s 20-year history.
Ms Tully claims Jetstar is back to pre-pandemic levels throughout June and July in terms of low cancellation rates, online performance and low airfares.
“We’re always going to be the price fares leader … so in times of pressure, Jetstar is where Australians turn to for low fares and we love them coming to us,” Ms Tully told Ross and Russel.
