Young Australians are struggling to fall asleep with a new study finding one in four are unsatisfied with their amount of sleep, with three in five saying their sleep is irregular.
CEO of the Public Health Association of Australia, Terry Slevin, says it’s an early indication young people need to give sleep a “high priority”.
