Lisa Knight, the sister of Natalie Russell who was the final victim of Frankston serial killer Paul Denyer, has received a letter from Premier Daniel Andrews which she has deemed “disappointing”.

The letter comes six weeks after Ms Knight delivered a passionate plea to the Premier to reconsider his decision not to back a bill to keep the killer from applying for parole.

“It just basically tells us what we already know,” Ms Knight told Neil Mitchell.
