Madonna was discharged from hospital after an intensive care stay for a “serious bacterial infection” on Thursday.

Since then there has been no update on the 64-year-old’s condition and showbiz guru Peter Ford says that’s telling.

“She is very, very big on the social media interaction with her fans, giving people updates,” he told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen, filling in on 3AW Breakfast.

“There’s been no update on what her condition actually is … which kind of makes me think things are probably pretty serious.”
