Caroline Wilson has spoken on the situation surrounding North Melbourne head coach Alastair Clarkson amid reports he is close to returning to the club.

Wilson claimed the situation has had to be managed “so sensitively” by the people in charge at North Melbourne, but admits there is one aspect of his impending return she finds “quite strange”.

“If I’m a North Melbourne player, I think it must be quite challenging,” she said.
