‘We are back’: Melbourne bounces back as one of the world’s most liveable cities
The Economist Intelligence Unit’s Global Liveability Index has ranked Melbourne as the third most liveable ctiy in the world, behind only Vienna and Copenhagen.
Melbourne once held the title as the most liveable city in the world for seven years in a row, and has bounced back up seven spots from last year’s ranking.
“Despite being the city with the most days in lockdown, Ross and Russ, we are back,” Lord Mayor of the City of Melbourne Sally Capp said.
