Following an article in The Sydney Morning Herald yesterday regarding beach homes, the authors colleague appeared on 3AW Drive.

Professor of urban policy and director of the Centre for Urban Research at RMIT, Jago Dodson, believes there’s nothing to be ashamed of about owning a beach house.

“However we do need to realise that any kind of property asset is an asset and it has likely gone up in value over the last few years,” he said.
