Former Hawthorn President Jeff Kennett has defended the club’s handling of the racism investigation which has gone on since last September.

The AFL wrapped up the investigation last night, making no adverse findings against those accused, with Kennett questioning what Hawthorn actually did wrong throughout the investigation.

“I’m quite convinced in my own mind that Hawthorn acted in the highest standards of governance possible,” Kennett told Neil Mitchell.
