Liquidator rejects eleventh hour offer made to buy Porter Davis
Liquidators have rejected an eleventh hour move to save collapsed builder Porter Davis Homes.
Mig and Sons has submitted an offer to the liquidator to buy the failed home builder, which would see a complete buy out of business assets.
Mig and Sons chief executive Amit Miglani told Jacqui Felgate and Jimmy Bartel he intended on “keeping all the jobs, keeping all the sub-contractors and finishing up all the unbuilt, and about 770 or 800 contracts that have been signed and the work hasn’t been started — finishing them as well”.

A spokesman for the liquidator Grant Thornton Australia told the Herald Sun “we do not believe this is a credible offer”.
