Hawthorn legend Robert “Dipper” DiPierdomenico has reflected on the iconic 1989 VFL Grand Final between Hawthorn and Geelong ahead of tomorrow’s Easter Monday clash.

Dipper joined the team as a part of Matthew Richardson’s “Richo Remembers” segment and reminisced on what went down on that memorable day.

“It’s just remarkable when you sit back and have a look at it,” he said.
