There are many, many ways you can help raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital today — including by buying a treat for yourself!

Bakes & Bagels in Thornbury is donating EVERY CENT that goes through their till today to the Good Friday Appeal.

“We did it last year, we raised just under $4000 last year, and we’re doing it again this year,” David from Bakes & Bagels told Neil Mitchell.

If you want to grab a bagel for a good cause, you can find Bakes & Bagels at 115 Miller Street in Thornbury.

If bagels aren’t your thing, you can still buy a treat which helps the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Hunky Dory Fish and Chips is donating $1 from each potato cake sold at its 14 Victorian stores this week to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Last year they raised $30,000, and they’re hoping to beat that this year.
