12-year-old among five youths arrested after Frankston car crash
A 12-year-old boy is among five people arrested following a crash involving a stolen car at Frankston yesterday.
Members of the public raised the alarm around 4.50pm, with five people seen fleeing the crash outside a shopping centre.

Police say the Mercedes, which ended up on its roof in the crash, had been stolen from Balwyn North on Saturday.
The dog squad was called in, assisting in the arrest of five people.
A 15-year-old boy remains under police guard in hospital, two boys aged 14 and 15 have been charged with aggravated burglary and car theft and two others — a 12-year-old from Dandenong and a 14-year-old from Highett — have been released and are expected to be charged on summons.
