Former AFL umpire calls for the bounce to be scrapped
Former AFL umpire Matthew Head has called for the bounced to be scrapped from the game.
The Western Australian Football League has recently gotten rid of the tradition, with the former umpire believing the AFL need to be the next ones to scrap it.
“The bounce is not something that’s needed in our game,” Mr Head told Tom Elliott, filling in for Neil Mitchell.
