A Formula 1 fan has had a lucky escape after he was hit by debris at the Grand Prix.

Australian Grand Prix boss Andrew Westacott told 3AW Breakfast said he hoped Will was OK and it appeared to be a “freak” incident, given the safety measures put into place to keep fans safe.
