‘It was a huge success’: The pub which was saved by the community!
The Lockington Hotel which was set to close last year due to the floods in northern Victoria, has been saved by the community who pitched in and bought shares in the hotel at $5000 a piece.
Chair of the hotel, Brook Nichols, claims it was a “huge success” and even wants 3AW broadcaster Tony Leonard to review it for pub of the week!
