La Nina is officially over, which should mean the end of wet and humid conditions across Victoria.

But the Bureau of Meteorology has now enacted an El Nino watch.

“It’s basically the opposite of La Nina,” Jonathan How, Senior Meteorologist at the Bureau of Meteorology, told Neil Mitchell on Wednesday.
