Education experts have warned against rushing into a four-day school week, with the evidence “mixed” about whether it’s a positive, or not.

Jordana Hunter, Education Program Director at the Grattan Institute, said it would need to be designed really carefully.

“I wouldn’t say it’s top of my list of preferred school education reforms in Australia,” she told Tom Elliott.
