Geelong star Patrick Dangerfield sent social media into a spin on Friday when he posed the question to his followers whether it was time the AFL introduced a mid-season trade period.

And well over half of the almost 5000 people who’ve responded to his poll support the idea.

But Sam McClure isn’t one of them.
