Roughly one-in-five Victorians didn’t bother to vote, or submit a valid vote, at the last election.

Tom Elliott changed his mind about compulsory voting when he was in line to vote in the 2014 state election and every person he spoke with in the line said they were only there because they didn’t want to get fined.
