New St Kilda recruit Liam Stocker has opened up in detail about his struggles with anxiety and depression and how he “feels like a different person” after seeking help.

Stocker, 22, told 3AW’s Wide World Of Sports things all changed once he was encouraged to speak with a psychologist.

“I was really lucky I had some people in my corner who pushed me in the right direction and probably a direction I didn’t want to go in,” he said.
