A Victorian student has been left so frustrated by the state of the education system it prompted her to get in touch with 3AW Drive at the weekend to call for change.

Ariana, who is in year 9, told Tom Elliott teachers needed to be paid more and more money spent funding public schools.

She also said students needed to lift their game.

“Our attitude towards school is appalling,” she said.
