Residents of four inner-city councils have grave concerns about a Labor election promise that would end the freeze on late-night liquor licences in their area.

The City of Yarra, City of Stonnington, City of Port Phillip and City of Melbourne are impacted.

“It’s really, really dangerous,” Dean Hurlston, from Ratepayers Victoria, told 3AW Drive.
