One of Tom Elliott’s election bugbears has reared its head in the lead-up to Victorians heading to the polls.

The Greens have publicly declared they will preference Labor above the Liberals in every seat at the state election and have called on Labor to reciprocate.

But Tom Elliott said that is not their decision to make.

“Political parties do not direct preferences – you do – make up your own mind!” the 3AW Drive host said on Wednesday.
