How young employees differ from older counterparts
A viral video has sparked conversation about how some Generation Z employees are refusing to work weekend shifts, and have less incentive to stay in jobs.
However, career coach Brian Klindworth told Dee Dee that many younger staff simply approach work differently than their older counterparts.
“[Young people] are more practiced and more accustomed at articulating what they want and pushing for it,” he said.
