The federal minister for emergency management and agriculture says there hasn’t been enough investment from previous governments in protecting Australia from natural disasters.

Murray Watt joined 3AW Afternoons on Monday to explain what the federal government was doing for flood victims.

“The reality is climate change is here, right now,” he said.
