Frustrated North Melbourne supporters have vented their anger on 3AW after Jason Horne-Francis was sent to Port Adelaide in a “mega deal” that also saw the Roos give up the first pick of the upcoming national draft.

Horne-Francis, who was taken with pick No.1 last year, has sensationally departed the club after just one year at Arden Street.

And it certainly set the 3AW switchboard alight on Monday night.

“I cannot believe what’s happened,” North Melbourne fan George said on 3AW.

“What is going on down there?” Brett, another North Melbourne fan said.

Another supporter, Mitch, said he couldn’t understand why the Roos gave up the top draft pick.
