Train stuck in city loop, service stopped for 90 minutes

Train passengers were evacuated in the city loop last night after a power outage.
The Pakenham to Flinders Street train was stopped at Melbourne Central shortly before 7pm.
Only one carriage had reached the platform, so emergency services had to help passengers off via the tracks.
There were about 50 people on the train.
Services resumed after a 90-minute delay.
