Tom Elliott says there is no need for the Victorian government to extend its controversial pandemic powers, given the decision of National Cabinet on Friday to effectively end COVID being treated as a pandemic.
“There is no emergency? And if there is no emergency, then there is no need for the government to have emergency pandemic powers,” he said.
