Should organ donation be the default position in Australia?
Human Rights Commissioner Tim Wilson doesn’t think so.
‘Your body is not the property of the government to decide what to do with,’ Mr Wilson told Tom Elliott on Thursday.
But Tom thinks organ donation should be opt-out rather than opt-in.
