Shoppers were shocked by a sight seen in Bourke Street Mall at the weekend.

Drug paraphernalia including needles were sprawled across the footpath next to David Jones in the busy shopping strip.

A well-known Melburnian, who wishes to remain anonymous, sent the photo (above) of the confronting scene spotted at 3pm on Saturday, to Neil Mitchell.
