Jetstar have become the focus for angry families as flight cancellations leave thousands stranded in Bali.

Dominic Buick and his family fell victim to multiple flight cancellations by Jetstar due to engineering issues and have been stuck in Bali since August 31.

“I’ve got two young kids that need to get back to school, my wife needs to get back to work, we need to get back home again,” he told Neil Mitchell.

Mr Buick has booked a flight home with Virgin airlines, but with a cost of $900 per ticket, and have received no compensation from Jetstar due to booking with another airline.

“We know we’re not alone,” he said.
