FIRST with NEIL MITCHELL

Ken Lay is stepping down from his roles as chair of Ambulance Victoria and Forensicare.

The long-serving public sector leader will finish up on August 25.

An announcement on who will replace him has not yet been made.

Mr Lay will continue his work on a report  on the best location for a medically supervised injecting room in the CBD.
