Neil Mitchell says there are a handful of questions that still need answering about unethical and inappropriate behaviour from Labor members in Victoria.

It comes after IBAC handed down a long-awaited report on the serious misuse of taxpayer resources for party political work by members of Labor.

No criminal charges will be laid.

“It doesn’t seem like those responsible are paying any price,” Neil Mitchell said in response to the news.

He said there were still several questions about Daniel Andrews that needed answering.

“He is key to this,” Neil said.

“He is a man who seems to be surrounded by scandal, but never touched by scandal.”
