David Noble’s tenure as North Melbourne coach is over.
The Roos announced on Tuesday that Noble would step away from the role, effective immediately.
Leigh Adams will coach the club for the rest of the season.

Senior sports writer at The Age, Peter Ryan, says Noble was told about the decision last night.
“Leigh Adams, who is the VFL coach, is going to be the interim coach for the season,” he told Ross and Russel.
“They’ve only won one game in 16 and David’s record is 38 games, five wins. They couldn’t continue down that path.”
