The federal health minister is urging the millions of Australians who’ve yet to receive their third COVID vaccine shot to get the jab.

Mark Butler told 3AW Drive more than five million people in Australia were “overdue” for their third dose.

“Two doses, we did magnificently, but two doses is not enough,” Mark Butler said on 3AW Drive.

“We need more boosters in people’s arms.”
