Man killed in Ballarat factory fire

A man has died in factory fire in Ballarat.
Flames were visible from outside the factory when fire crews arrived at the Wendouree building at around 6.30am.
A man was pulled from the burning Villiers Drive factory and died at the scene.
Two others were safely evacuated without any injuries.
A crime scene has been established.
