Eddie McGuire has addressed his heated on-air clash with Neil Mitchell on 3AW.

McGuire, back on 3AW for his regular Ideas Factory segment, joined Tom Elliott (who is filling in for Neil Mitchell) on Thursday.

Mitchell and McGuire had all of Melbourne talking when they went head-to-head last week.

“You can have robust discussion,” McGuire said when asked about the clash.

“I don’t hate anybody, but also, at the same time, you can come from different areas and work through things.

“Hopefully I’m back on in a fortnight when Neil is back.”
