The CEO of Leisure Travel at Flight Centre Australia says there is no doubt there have been “challenges” since international travel returned for Australians.

But James Kavanagh is adamant things are on the improve.

3AW has been inundated with horror stories in recent days, with frustrated travellers facing huge delays and issues with luggage.

“There are definitely some challenges there but I just think it was the unexpected surge that happened so rapidly,” Kavanagh said.
