There’s been a suspected shooting at Broadmeadows overnight.

Ortolan Avenue is this morning a crime scene.

Police were first called to reports of a shooting at a property there at about 10.15pm last night.

A man, aged in his 20s, was found with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the upper body.

He’s been taken to hospital.

Police including officers from the Armed Crime Squad are at the scene and are yet to establish how the man obtained his injury.
