There are growing concerns about the lack of staff in Australia’s aged care sector.

And the issues in aged care are only going to get worse unless quick action is taken to address staff shortages, the CEO of Aged and Community Services Australia has warned.

“We have more older people, we have more people needing aged care services over the next decade or so and so we will need to find more workers,” Paul Sadler told Tom Elliott.
