Foot pursuit in Melbourne’s south-east comes to a Cinderella-like end
There’s been a Cinderella-like end to a foot pursuit in Melbourne’s south-east overnight.
Police responded to a report of a man trying to enter the front door of a home on Kess Grove in Lyndhurst at about 2.35am.
Less than half an hour later, police attended a Whisper Street home after a resident woke to find a man trying to steal a bike from the garage attached to his home.
A shoe was discovered at the scene of the second break-in.
Police and the dog squad pursued two suspects on foot.
Two eighteen-year-old Cranbourne North men were arrested — one of them missing a shoe.
