More than 190,000 Australians eligible for fourth COVID-19 jab today
More than 190,000 Australians can roll up their sleeves from today for a fourth COVID-19 jab ahead of an expected surge in cases over winter.
A fourth vaccine dose is now on offer to people who had their last dose at least four months ago and are over 65.
It’s also available to those who are immunocompromised and Indigenous Australians over 50.
In May, a million Australians are expected to be eligible for their fourth jab — as more people reach four months since their previous dose.
