Denim has shaken its old origins and is now acceptable work attire in many offices.

“Casual” Friday was a pre-pandemic concept, but the comforts of working from home during lockdown has seen many adopt that policy full-time since returning to the office.

Triple-premiership player Alex Marcou, now a fashion guru at Marcou Agencies, told Ross and Russel jeans were “absolutely” in, as long as they weren’t torn, or ripped.

“The clean look is definitely acceptable in the workplace,” he said.
