Three things will give Victoria the best chance of clearing the 80,000 person backlog of elective surgery operations, according to the Medibank Group Executive.

Milosh Milisavljevic told Tom Elliott short-stay options, telehealth and prevention of further surgery would be key in clearing the backlog.
