Australia’s most wanted fugitive, Graham Potter, was arrested this week after 12 years on the run.

Ross and Russel asked John ‘Sly’ Silvester who is now the country’s most wanted fugitive.

Sly says it’s drunk driver Puneet Puneet, who lost control in Southbank in 2008, killing student Dean Hofstee and severely injuring another student, Clancy Coker.

“He was driving 150km/h, had a blood alcohol limit 0f .165 and fled in 2009 using a friend’s passport,” he said.

Puneet was arrested at his wedding in India last year but is still fighting extradition to Australia.
