Tom Elliott says it would be a “bit sad” if the Commonwealth Games don’t continue beyond this year.

But he says the games are not the only event that appears to be on the nose with society.

The 3AW Drive host listed a few examples of events and traditions that may soon be on the way out due to a lack of interest or support.

Moomba, Debutante Balls and Australia Day were among them.
