Saving a topsoil a fine art for SA farmer Brian Fischer
This eye-catching cultivation pattern has made South Australian farmer Brian Fischer a household name.
But it’s not just a pretty pattern.
Fischer told Ross and John it’s saving him 15cm of topsoil because the ridges reduce the chance of wind erosion.
And it’s fine art.
‘You only get one shot at doing that,’ he said.
‘If you get it wrong you can’t go back.’
Burnso had an interesting take: ‘It looks like Nick Kyrgios’s hair, I reckon.’
