Health insurance company to pay staff to keep working from home
The CEO of health insurer NIB says working from home will become the “new normal” post-pandemic.
The company is paying its employees $1200 to work from home, making it one of the first Australian companies to shift to a permanent remote working model.
“It is a fundamental turn page in corporate history, I believe,” Mark Fitzgibbon told Tom Elliott.
