Egg and Chips is the latest dual vegetable on the market, featuring a grafted eggplant on a potato plant!  

This week on the Big Backyard Jane told us about a new plant from the UK:

Plant breeder Morgan and Thompson claim the potato roots help the eggplant grow in the cooler UK climate. They produce 3-4 large fruit in the late summer season and will give you a 2kg harvest.
